Recently, Jako Burners successfully completed the retrofit project for two 25-ton low-nitrogen burners at Qinghai Yuntianhua International Fertilizer Co., Ltd., marking an important achievement in the cooperation between the two parties in the fields of environmental protection and energy efficiency improvement. The retrofit aims to help Qinghai Yuntianhua International Fertilizer Co., Ltd. further reduce nitrogen oxide emissions, enhance energy utilization efficiency, and achieve green production goals.

 

Qinghai Yuntianhua International Fertilizer Co., Ltd. is located in Ganhe Industrial Park, Huangzhong District, Xining City, Qinghai Province. It is an important production base of Yuntianhua Group in the northwest and occupies a significant position in the fertilizer production industry. Its synthetic ammonia and urea plants have large production capacities, and it owns the country's only four-tower integrated high tower production facility, with production capacities fully covering compound fertilizers, urea, and water-soluble fertilizers. The company has always placed great importance on environmental protection and sustainable development, continuously investing in energy conservation and emission reduction, with the renovation of low-nitrogen burners being one of the key initiatives.

JiaKe Burners has long been dedicated to the research and application of low-nitrogen combustion technology, possessing extensive project experience and advanced technical solutions. In this retrofit project, JiaKe Burners overcame numerous challenges with its professional technical team and efficient execution capabilities. During the renovation process, the technical team strictly followed construction standards and safety regulations, ensuring excellence in every aspect from the basic installation of the burner, pipeline connections to electrical commissioning, guaranteeing the high-quality completion of the retrofit project.

 The upgraded Jaco low-nitrogen burner incorporates multiple advanced technologies, such as flue gas recirculation (FIR, FGR), precise flame zone combustion, and low excess air combustion, all of which can effectively reduce the formation of nitrogen oxides. Actual tests show that the NOx emissions from the upgraded burner are reduced by more than 50%, easily meeting national standards, reducing environmental pollution for enterprises, and enhancing their environmental image. At the same time, the new burner improves energy utilization efficiency, reduces natural gas consumption, and helps enterprises effectively lower operating costs, achieving a win-win situation for both economic and environmental benefits.
