
Recently, Jiake Burners successfully completed the installation and commissioning of two low-nitrogen burners for Jiangsu Junlebao Dairy Co., Ltd., injecting new momentum into the efficient and environmentally friendly operation of dairy production. Jiangsu Junlebao Dairy Co., Ltd., as an important member of the Junlebao Dairy Group, has always been committed to providing consumers with high-quality dairy products. With increasingly stringent environmental protection requirements and the company's own need for sustainable development, Junlebao Dairy has decided to upgrade its existing production equipment and introduce advanced low-nitrogen combustion technology to reduce nitrogen oxide emissions and improve energy utilization efficiency.
With years of technological accumulation and extensive project experience in the field of combustion, Jiake Burners stood out from numerous competitors and successfully won the bid for this project. Every year, Jiake Burners provides design solutions for 1,000 users. With mature technology and products tested in practice, their operational performance is reliable. In this project, Jiake Burners custom-designed a complete low-nitrogen combustion solution for Junlebao Dairy, using their independently developed HF series ultra-low nitrogen burners.

This burner is equipped with a system that can independently control the flow of coal gas, natural gas, and biogas, allowing adjustment according to the boiler's required load. Additionally, it features an internal and external flue gas recirculation system, significantly reducing nitrogen oxide emissions in the flue gas, with environmental benefits being remarkable—a reduction of over 50% in NOx emissions, easily meeting national standards. Moreover, Gaco burners are all equipped with independent electrical control cabinets, enabling automated logical management of the burner and fan, simplifying system commissioning and on-site wiring. They can function as standalone control units to manage the overall operation of the burner or even the boiler, ensuring continuous system operation.
During the project implementation process, Jiake Burner assembled a professional project team. From the preliminary on-site survey and scheme design, to the mid-term equipment installation and commissioning, and finally to the after-sales service, every step was strictly monitored to ensure the project was completed on time and with high quality.
