1. Burner motor does not rotate

Cause of failure:

(1) No voltage

(2) Fuse damage

(3) Motor failure

(4) Control circuit interruption

(5) Interruption of gas transmission

(6) Control failure

(7) Contactor does not operate

(8) Thermal relay damaged

Solution:

(1) Connect the circuit

(2) Replace

(3) Repair

(4) Look for disconnection points and contact or disconnect regulators or monitors

(5) Open the ball valve and notify the fuel gas management organization in case of insufficient fuel gas for a long time

(6) Replace

(7) Manual reset inspection

(8) Replace the thermal relay

2. The burner motor runs, but stops in the pre purge state

Cause of failure:

(1) The pressure switch contact is not connected to the running position (the air pressure is too low)

(2) The blower is polluted and the thermal relay operates

(3) Burner motor rotation direction error

Solution:

(1) Adjust the pressure switch correctly and replace it if necessary

(2) Clean

(3) Power commutation

3. The motor runs and the ignition is normal, but the fault stops later

Cause of failure:

The solenoid does not open because the solenoid coil is damaged or the cable is broken

Solution:

Replace the solenoid valve or eliminate the failure of the circuit, and check the voltage on the terminal
