Air preheating burner is a fully automatic operation and load regulating blast burner using liquid (fuel oil) or gaseous (gas) fuel, which can effectively save fuel and reduce carbon emission.
The combustion supporting air is taken from the environment (room temperature - 20 ℃ ~ 40 ℃). The combustion supporting air is preheated through the heat exchanger, and the preheated air is mixed with fuel for combustion, which can effectively save fuel (about 3.9% / 100 ℃) and reduce carbon emission.
The working principle of the air preheating burner is the same as that of the general full-automatic blast type fuel oil, gas or oil / gas dual-purpose burner. The difference is that the combustion supporting air is preheated by using the waste heat of flue gas (waste gas).
The combustion supporting air temperature of typical air preheating burner ranges from 50 ℃ to 250 ℃, and individual cases can be > 300 ℃.
The combustion air density decreases with the increase of temperature. The air / fuel flow ratio of air preheating burner is different from that of general blast (room temperature) burner.
It is usually used for civil or industrial thermal equipment, such as boilers, air conditioning units, furnaces, annealing furnaces, dehumidification, drying, heat treatment, shaping and other equipment.
If the temperature of flue gas (waste gas) discharged from the equipment is higher, higher temperature combustion supporting air can be provided through the heat exchanger, which can save more fuel.
