Hot gas burner is a heating facility with hot gas as heat source (such as boiler, industrial furnace, etc.) is a special device used to realize the combustion process of hot gas. Its main function is to introduce hot gas and combustion supporting air into the heating facilities for combustion or combustion in the burner according to a certain proportion and certain mixing conditions, and meet the requirements for flame direction, shape, rigidity and spreading in the heating process.

   Blast furnace gas burner is designed for blast furnace tail gas produced by iron and steel enterprises. Blast furnace gas burner uses blast furnace tail gas with arbitrary pressure and calorific value, which can realize automatic ignition and other functions. The blast furnace gas burner is a triple cylinder, the outermost layer is an air channel, the middle layer is the main blast furnace gas channel, and the center is a radiant tube torch.

   Blast furnace gas burner consists of combustion chamber, radiant tube and on duty flare to form an independent system to prevent changes in external conditions from affecting combustion. The combustion chamber is equipped with an ejector nozzle, which uses the residual pressure of gas to inject air for combustion after mixing. In order to stabilize combustion, fuels with good combustion characteristics (coke oven gas, etc.) are used here.

   The combustion flame can heat the main blast furnace gas outside the pipe through the radiant tube. The head of the radiant tube is a duty flare, which is located above the main gas outlet of the burner, and is provided with a plurality of lateral fire spray holes. After the outer air and gas are mixed at the burner outlet, they are ignited by the flame emitted by the innermost duty torch.
